Project Engineer
The Project Engineer will lead diverse projects/activities most of them linked to new equipment and production lines installation inside the various establishments of the company. This role will bring the candidate to work inside multiple project teams into the organization.
The Project Engineer ensures that all project deliverables will be completed safely, on time, on budget, and within the approved scope of work. To achieve these results, this person will take care of the usual project activities such as project scope preparation, planning, budgeting, provision of resources, monitoring work and equipment quality, progress reports and all other technical activities leading to successful projects.
Based in Suzhou, the project engineer will also provide technical support to our factories in Asia. Site visits to our equipment suppliers in China will be necessary to monitor the quality and compliance with deadlines as well as for performance testing. Travel to other factories may also be required depending on assigned projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Complete project deliverables safely on time and budget.
2.Communicate work progress with the team.
3.Make sure external suppliers deliver good quality equipment as per agreed specifications.
4.Put together the proper tools and documentation for project follow-ups.
5.Provide technical support as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
1.7 years of experience minimum.
2.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
3.Experience in project management.
4.Good Excel and office series skills.
5.Experience in the plastic industry.
6.CAD capabilities.
7.English speaking is mandatory.
